Payment Status Notification Receipts

Dex now offers the ability to include a copy of the receipt with payment status email notifications. Users with permissions to create and update notifications can also preview a sample receipt when creating or updating a payment status notification.

The PDF receipt attachment is available for the following notifications:

  • Sale Approved/Declined,
  • Refund/Credit Approved
  • Refund/Credit Declined
